The LWN Foundation seeks to provide a safe & empowering community where we can radically transform individually & together. We are excited to see us all release old beliefs & energy-depleting habits that do not serve us anymore. The big inspiration behind the creation of our LWN Foundation:
Our Foundation Angel Deborah Lahman
Deborah and John Lahman loved hosting workshops & retreats in their home. They had a vision for a retreat property and found it in Carlsbad, California. They visioned the property being a forever place for wellness expansion.
Deborah daily embodied what we have come to call our 6 C’s: curiosity, compassion, calm, creativity, community, and courage.

Curiosity
As we each look in the mirror & reect upon our current life, it is important to come with an open mind as we ponder what changes we would like to make for ourselves. Curiosity is equally important as we walk alongside & support others who are engaging in their unique healing processes.
Compassion
There is no greater medicine than compassion. when we show up to ourselves & others with kindness, the potential for generational healing is multiplied a hundredfold.
Calm
It is important that we help create a future where all humans are able to breathe deeply. So many of us are bouncing from task to task, from convo to tiktok, from soccer practice to netix to shower, to fast food to sleep… perhaps our hearts, minds, and bodies are ready for more peace and calm in our days.
Creativity
Our days are unique. Just like each of us is unique. Each day we have many possibilities before us, as we tap into our unique creative gifts & passions. What a gift it is to daily acknowledge this creative power within us as we design our day & vision our future.
Community
Fortunately we weren’t born on an island. It seems that isolation has become commonplace as the tech boom continues to impact our daily lives… Our goal is to provide experiences and communal support that empower each of us to bring our gifts, talents, & love to the whole.
Courage
Because we are alive right now, each of us has incredible resilience within us already. our individual life stories are filled with brave moments. releasing harmful thought patterns & dysfunctional programming will require an increase in the courage within us.
